[UCLP] CC:BY-SA confirmed, Hosting & Team Structure

Hi all,

At our meeting last night a few important things were decided, so I
wanted to drop this note to the list to confirm that we're all on the
same page:

1. Big news, licensing decision!

21:11 < MootBot> AGREED received: license will be CC:BY-SA and authors
will retain ownership of copyright

2. Hosting: While we work on course development and launching the
project, the moodle installation will be hosted on bodhizazen's
server. This will give us opportunity to flesh out the project and
determine precisely what our needs are server and moodle-wise. If
Canonical wants us to host it with them in the future we can discuss
our needs more clearly with them at that time. Vantrax is finishing up
the theme and we should be ready to go moodle-wise soon.

3. Team Structure: Addressed at other meetings but never followed
through with, bodhizazen and cprofitt have taken on the responsibility
of further developing our Structure, which will be outlined here and
soon to be put up for discussion and approval by the team board:

Moving forward, once Team Structure is decided we should be ready to
move, full steam ahead. Announcements! Further requests for
