I have made a pro's and cons' list [1] for mallard and docbook as I
think those are the main content pool options. I have also added the
teams required formants. If each team can populate the pros and cons
also add any more requirements at the bottom.
Hopefully then we can make a good well judged choice on the format in
the meeting.
