[Bug 188711] [NEW] Merge epydoc 3.0~beta1-5 (main) from Debian (unstable)

epydoc (3.0~beta1-5ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
    - debian/control:
      + Set firefox as the prefered alternative in Reccomends.
      + Update maintainer field as per spec.

Debian changelog (since 3.0~beta1-4ubuntu1):
 epydoc  (3.0~beta1-5) unstable; urgency=low

   * Recommend python-docutils, for reStructuredText markup (closes: #449525).
   * Use qa.debian.org redirector in debian/watch, so SourceForge URL works.
