[Bug 190446] [NEW] Please sponsor gtk-vnc (main) 0.3.3 into Hardy

Public bug reported:

The new upstream release 0.3.3 has some bug fixes. It's API compatible,
and adds a new public symbol, so I've updated the shlibs version.

I've tested it with vinagre and works fine.

I'm a bit unsure on the ext_key_event.diff patch update. Looks good to
me now, but the package was failing to build at the beginning and I
would appreciate a review of it.
