[Bug 189682] Re: powernowd fails because of missing 'ignore_nice_load'

indeed the error itself doesn't show up anymore on boot or service
start, but the bug itself isn't fixed - powernowd still won't start
automatically. Only when I run manually in a terminal 'sudo powernowd'
does cpufreq work again.
