Delete old repo and update repos of Ubuntu

Hi there

Here in Colombia we had a server for repos (packages and ISOs), but is
not maintained, so we need that this repo is deleted from Launchpad.

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/matematicas.unal.edu.co-release

But, we have a new server with more services to be a repository:

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/ubuntu.unal.edu.co-archive
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+mirror/ubuntu.unal.edu.co-release

We need that the new package repo is included in
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors

I already report a bug to python-apt to reflect this change
