first picture is the result of opening a contact through the contact
lookup applet. Beagle, when requested for a contact, should open that
window and even offer the option to write an e-mail to the contact or
send them an IM if gaim is open and the person is online.

Currently it only offers an option, "open", which in addition doesn't do
anything.
