Same for me on latest Dapper, but the error is now a little different :
   beagle: Depends: libgmime2.1-cil (< 2.1.18) but 2.1.19-0ubuntu1 is to be installed
Anyway, the problem seems to be that the beagle package is an old one (0.1.4-0ubuntu1), but the latest beagle version is 0.2.1, as I remember.
