[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 33079] deskbar-applet needs a dc:publisher from beagle

Description:
The integrated beagle search in deskbar-applet needs a dc:publisher
field to display feed items properly.

This feature is present in current beagle cvs [1]. If Dapper is gonna
stick with beagle-0.2.1, I can provide a patch for it, if you want.
