[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 44281] Blam's Notification Area Icon is Useless

Public bug reported:

When I start Blam!, the Blam window opens, and I can see a little icon
in the notification area. However, clicking the icon does nothing. Also,
it is impossible to minimize Blam to this icon. As far as I can tell,
the only thing this icon does is bring Blam to the front of the current
workspace.

Is this icon supposed to do more than this? (such as sitting in the
background, waiting for new feed items) Otherwise, why not remove it?
