[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 44788] mono-xsp2 does not start with init script

Public bug reported:

When executing "/etc/init.d/mono-xsp2 start", the server is not started.
There is a /var/run/mono-xsp2.pid file with a pid nr in it, but no
running process.
