[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 70708] cant do umlaut in tags

Public bug reported:

finally banshee edits tags in stead of only making the user believe it edits them...
great!

but it can not handle umlaut e.g. åäö

try to put these in a tag and it will be recorded as a ?
even if the tag was correct before it will be displayed in banshee as ? and consequently saved as ? if you mistakenly click save without having edited anything
