[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 102533] File and Help menu missing in f-spot menubar

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: f-spot

for at least a number of versions, f-spot does not show the file menu, making it impossible to import photos.
So, the menubar shows

Ie, FIle and Help are mssing. I am using the latest f-spot (f-spot_0.3.5-0ubuntu2_amd64.deb)
on Feisty/AMD64.
