Figured I'd see if it worked yet.  The panels no longer go totally
nuts...I mean, stay in place, everything stays there, menus still don't
work and the "add to panel" still doesn't close if Tomboy's on the
config...

Anyway, though, I ran gnome-panel from the terminal to get the output

** (gnome-panel:7451): WARNING **: panel-applet-frame.c:1252: failed to load applet OAFIID:TomboyApplet:
Failed to resolve, or extend '!prefs_key=/apps/panel/applets/applet_12/prefs;background=none:;orient=down;size=xx-small;locked_down=false

Adding it to the panel while running from the terminal doesn't output
anything, though the panel and "add to panel" window both lock up.
