The banshee-official-plugins package was folded into the main Banshee
package around version 0.11.4.  The current Banshee package declares
that it conflicts/replaces banshee-official-plugins < 0.11.4, and there
was never (as far as I can see) a Debian or Ubuntu banshee-official-
plugins package >= 0.11.3.

It would be nice to know where your banshee-official-plugins package
came from, and what version it was.
