[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 108374] banshee does not respect mp3 bitrate when importing files

I have Banshee (0.12.1+dfsg-2ubuntu1; Ubuntu 7.10) configured to import
constant bitrate MP3s. Despite selecting 160 and 192 kbps, Banshee and
Nautilus both show the imported files as being 128 kbps.
