[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 176403] Tomboy's "Tasks" feature should be disabled by default to prevent user confusion

Binary package hint: tomboy

Evolution already provides a task list (and arguably, notes
functionality too, but that's another matter.) Having two distinct todo
lists on a default installation is just going to cause problems for
people.

We should disable this add-in in the default installation, at the very
least.
