[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 176875] upgrading to hardy removes synchronisation configuration

I recently upgraded to hardy, and when I now try to synchronise my
notes, it claims I don't have synchronisation configured.

This might be related to it disabling the SSH sync service plugin
(again, I have no idea why).
