Sorry mixed the attachements up....

The one above is a picture of me clicking on the MainMenu, and you see
the entry to install and remove software is in white letters, instead of
black.

this one has the screenshots of me right-clicking on the
shutdown-"starter" and you see the option to move it (verplaatsen) is
grey, even though the starter isn't locked (vastzetten op paneel).
