[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 84520] several applications generate the same mono unhandled execption

Several applications like f-spot and dosemu for example, generate this mono exception or a similar one:
Mono.Data.SqliteClient.SqliteSyntaxException: no such table: tags

It seems that the application s can't reach the keyboard map or
something similar..
