[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 84439] [feisty] Gnome panels and alt+f2 don't work

Public bug reported:

After last night's (9 Feb) update, when I boot, there are no gnome
panels.  I have mine set to autohide, but it can't be unhidden, so maybe
the autohide is broken.  I also can't get a run box with Alt+F2 like
usual.  Booting into an older (meaning 2.6.20-5 instead of 2.6.20-6)
kernel doesn't help any.
