[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 126271] FTBFS on !(sparc|powerpc) due to indirect hal build-dep

Binary package hint: banshee

Latest banshee FTBFS on all architectures but sparc and powerpc, due to
hal not being startable in a chroot. The fatal dependency path is
libipod-cil -> libipoddevice0 -> gnome-volume-manager -> hal -> dbus, so
this might be considered a bug in either libipod-cil or libipoddevice0
as well.
