[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 123123] Chinese characters in playlist

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: banshee

Banshee does not display Chinese characters in the playlist properly.  I
have checked "Chinese" under System -> Administration -> Language
Support.  Note that I was using Banshee to play my songs in my IPod.
The songs in my IPod was imported by iTunes.
