[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 112276] allow for tag renaming

Binary package hint: tomboy

The new tagging capabilities of Tomboy could be more useful if you could
rename tags or even delete them from the search menu. I'm thinking of
something very similar to Epiphany's bookmark menu, where you can right-
click a tag ("topics", I think Ephy calls them) to get a menu with both
options.

In case you want to rename a tag and there already is another with the
same name, you could get a dialog window asking you if you want to
proceed and merge them.
