[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 149979] libbeagle should be compiled with python support

Binary package hint: libbeagle0

it seems that libbeagle is compiled without python support, as the
deskbar applet is complaining about it. Deskbar states that Beagle Live
can't be used as the library is without python bindings.

using gutsy, all updates applied.
