[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 224703] [NEW] f-spot mono runtime error

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: f-spot

f-spot does not start when calling from the icon in the panel.  Below is
the error when attempting to start from the command line.  I'm not sure
if this is a f-spot, or Mono error.
