It does make notes wider, standard ones too, at least in Spanish: that
might be because "buscar siguiente" is longer than "search next".

Maybe "search next" could be replaced by just "next", or the "search"
text to the left of the text box could be removed. Having the word
"search" twice is unnecessary and removing one of them could solve the
problem.
