  * libungif4 -> libgif transition (LP: #174252)
    - debian/control:
      + Replaced libungif4-dev with libgif-dev
      + Updated Maintainer Field
    - Makefile:
      + replaced -lungif with -lgif
      + removed depend from make target to fix ftbfs
