    - Update to support 2.23.4 development series of Evolution-Data-Server
  * debian/control:
    - Bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0
  * debian/patches/fix_get_uid-crasher.dpatch:
    - Dropped, merged upstream
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
