[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 200541] [NEW] Set default photo directory to "Pictures"

Binary package hint: f-spot

Since we have a specific folder for pictures now, shouldn't f-spot build
its picture database there instead of creating a "Photos" folder that is
not even localised?
