[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 286490] [NEW] f-spot sidebar needs to be resized

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: f-spot

The sidebar in F-Spot is enabled by default, but is not visible. You
have to drag it across to see it properly. But you would only know to do
this if you know what the sidebar is.

This needs resizing by default so a new user can see it straight away
