[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 412548] [NEW] PCX files are associated with F-spot by default but nothing is shown when opened

When double clicking a pcx image, f-spot is started, however no image is
shown, it seems like f-spot doesn't support this format, however right
clicking it and opening with Image viewer, shows it.
