[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 229132] Re: nunit-console is broken

I ran into this problem in 9.04, too.  After searching the net, I found
the same problem showed up in several other cases with mono.  The
solution is to run:

sudo apt-get install libmono-i18n2.0-cil

Installing this package solved the above problem.  Perhaps the person
who could not reproduce the problem already has that package installed
(quite likely if he does stuff with nunit and mono).  Perhaps,  libmono-
i18n2.0-cil should be added as a dependency to the nunit and nunit-
console package.
