[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 455487] [NEW] mono-csharp-shell needs mono-gmcs to work

Binary package hint: mono

mono-csharp-shell needs mono-gmcs to work but mono-gmcs is not a
dependency of mono-csharp-shell. It should be added.

I am on Karmic Koala beta 64 bit.
