To solve my problem, I have to erase all my local banshee config files:

.config/banshee-1
.gconf/apps/banshee-1
.cache/banshee-1
.cache/media-art

Then:

apt-get remove --purge banschee

and

apt-get install banshee                               
banshee-extension-liveradio
banshee-community-extensions           banshee-extension-lyrics
banshee-dbg                            banshee-extension-magnatune
banshee-extension-alarm                banshee-extension-mirage
banshee-extension-appindicator         banshee-extension-radiostationfetcher
banshee-extension-awn                  banshee-extensions-common
banshee-extension-coverwallpaper       banshee-extension-streamrecorder
banshee-extension-lcd                  banshee-extension-ubuntuonemusicstore
banshee-extension-lirc                 banshee-meego


I launched banshee, always the grey window.
I restart the computer, Banshee's come back.

It's not the first time this bug happens on my computer.
Each time I purge/reinstall banshee, removed all banshee related file
and restart the computer.

In fact, before this bug happen (grey window only mode), the covers
wallpaper and the song were not sync and "unknown albums" had a cover
of...madonna.
I think change in the media-art directory could produce my bug...

I could no more use banshee for today: when I launch it the window stay grey and nothing more.
This app is too unstable, I'm thinking to return to rhythmbox.
