Could the package be libappindicator0.0-cil: This package provides the appindicator-sharp assembly that allows CLI (.NET)
programs to take menus from applications and place them in the panel.?

That is installed. I purged it and tomby and reinstalled them, and it
was correctly installed on mono:

Configurando libappindicator0.0-cil (0.2.0-0ubuntu2) ...
* Installing 1 assembly from libappindicator0.0-cil into Mono


You can also see that the same bug happened on banshee-community-extensions (Ubuntu) on Bug #560556 which is a duplicate of bug #560095, which was fixed and was a dependencie error.

Maybe is the same issue?
