Scott, to be sure that it's the same bug, you need to run `tomboy
--debug` from a terminal, and compare the output shown in this bug:

[ERROR]: Synchronization failed with the following exception: Unexpected character '<' at [2:0]
  at Hyena.Json.Tokenizer.UnexpectedCharacter (Char ch) [0x00000]

If you get a different error, you might be experiencing a different bug
(which could be a bug in Tomboy).
