Run Docky from a terminal with --debug, then reproduce the crash.  It
should dump the trace to the terminal and you can post it here.

I have a 4th Generation iPod Nano and when I eject it using the mounter docklet, in my left side of the screen's second dock, the entire docky program just closes. I just restart it again from the menus.
