Even though I am unable to reproduce the bug reported here, I can
confirm the package from -proposed is working as expected. I have been
using the tomboy package from -proposed for the last couple of days &
everything is working fine.

$uname -a
Linux lucid-hdx 2.6.32-21-generic-pae #32-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 16 09:39:35 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux

$apt-cache policy tomboy
tomboy:
  Installed: 1.2.1-0ubuntu1

Tomboy 1.2.0 on lucid beta crashes  - fails from Applications or if added to the panel. Icon briefly appears on panel before disappearing with the error "died unexpectedly".attached is the log from tomboy --debug.
