[ubuntu-mono] [Bug 669243] [NEW] seek bar doesnt work in music players

Binary package hint: banshee

I've tried banshee, rhythmbox, movie player.  so possibly a gstreamer
issue?  none of the seek bars in these applications work or let me grab
the bar and slide it when something is playing.
