I still see this behavior in Banshee 1.9.6 after having run Update
Manager a couple of hours ago, although System Settings -> System
Monitor -> System still says, "Ubuntu    Release 11.04 (natty)    Kernel
Linux 2.6.38-7-generic    GNOME 2.32.1."

System Settings -> Synaptic Package Manager says:
  o banshee            Installed Version    1.9.6-1ubuntu1
  o linux-generic   Installed Version    2.6.38.7.21
  o gnome-media  Installed Version    2.32.0-0ubuntu6

  Binary package hint: banshee

  In Ubuntu Release 11.04 (natty), Kernel Linux 2.6.38-7-generic, GNOME 2.32.1.
  In Banshee 1.9.5.
  I expected there to be a double right pointing triangles and bar icon for "Play the next item". There is no such icon.
  Instead, the "Shuffle" icon pop-up tip Is "Play the next item" .
