Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libmono-data-tds1.0-cil

  This bug appears in an asp.net/c# application targeted at the
  Mono/.NET 1.1 runtime profile  after upgrading to 8.10 on a project
  that was working with mono+monodevelop+xsp on gutsy.

  A patch was supplied as part of the bug report at mono site and was
  released, presumably to a later version than is in the 8.10 ubuntu
  release.

  I am unclear about what needs to be done to resolve this problem.  I
  am guessing that libmono-data-tds1.0-cil is the package and that it
  needs to be updated at ubuntu with the later release from mono, but
  perhaps I only show my ignorance?  Is there something I need to do
  locally to resolve it?
