Try disconnecting from the DAAP share (right click then disconnect) and
then reconnecting to it again. Solves the problem for me. I believe this
is a Banshee-DAAP bug actually.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: tangerine

  I browse the shared songs with banshee daap extension (on local or
  remote machine, they display the same). Every song is displayed 5
  times in the list. I use karmic, tangerine version 0.3.2.2-1.
