Public bug reported:

I'm on Oneiric Ocelot and although my system is Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU
T6400 @ 2.00GHz × 2 and 2,9 GiB with 3gb swap, F-SPot uses about 104% of
CPU for just viewing photos. It also uses to crash when tagging.

** Affects: f-spot (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
