Same problem here: gnome-do won't accept specific keybindings like <Super>space.

Having a look at gnome-do's debugging output reveals the following lines:
[Error 09:56:24.991] [AbstractKeyBindingService] Failed to bind "Summon Do" to "<Super>space"
[Error 09:56:24.993] [AbstractKeyBindingService] Key "" is already mapped.
[Error 09:56:24.993] [AbstractKeyBindingService] Failed to bind "Summon in Text Mode" to ""

Title:
Tomboy keybindings not working in 11.04

Status in “tomboy” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: tomboy

I try to press any of the hotkeys listed in the Tomboy Preferences tab
"Hotkeys," and none of them are working. I also tried assigning them

still can't get tomboy to respond to any of these stimuli.
