After the last failed sync, I deleted all files in ~/.local/share/tomboy
(but leaving the directory empty), then restarted tomboy and sync. It
downloads several notes from Ubuntu One, then failed again !!

  I have ~460 notes, and synchronizing doesn't work with the following
  messages (tomboy --debug) :

  I do have many special characters on my notes (I save a lot of XML
  code, Java code, PHP code, etc.)
