Maybe there is an issue when banshee is trying to find where is located
that song (James Blunt) or maybe is a unknown format to him. Are you
able to get or check if that file is browseable outside of banshee (you
can check it with nautilus or your favorite file browser)? Also please
attach your "~/.config/banshee-1/log" file into your report.

Title:
banshee points to different song while playing a different one
Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: banshee
I have my music being shared over a samba file share.
I went to my play queue, and clicked on a song that was greyed out
(James Blunt - Wiseman). That song started to play but Banshee was
pointing to R.E.M's Boy in the Well (and showing its graphic). So did
the Banshee sound plugin. screenshot attached.
A little inconsistent, IMO. Did I do something wrong?
