This issue is more related to gtk than a banshee one, any way, I think
there is already a report about this issue or something very similar.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

  As shown in the attached screenshot, the resize handle is cutting off
  the corner of the repeat button. The button should be drawn overtop of
  the handle, not below.
