This bug was fixed in the package ikvm - 0.46.0.1+ds-4ubuntu1

ikvm (0.46.0.1+ds-4ubuntu1) oneiric; urgency=low

  * Exclude the ikvm-native moduleref to work around FTBFS. This will be fixed
    properly in Debian by extending dh_clideps to properly handle the
    inter-package dependencies. (LP: #831373)
