Eddie,
How did you close the Tomboy? If you just close it by closing the window
I believe it continues to run in the background (usually there is an
icon in the toolbar up by the sound icon). If you click on that icon and
select 'Quit' then it closes completely.
Is this different to what you mean? If you use the quit does it still do the same? I cannot reproduce it if I use the quit.

Bug description:
I use tomboy, I close it properly. Then, when I want to turn off my
PC, it says "Tomboy not responding, force quit ?" I was not even
using tomboy at that moment. I had closed tomboy properly some time
before trying to shut down my PC. But it always says that message.
Sometimes, I think it happens even when I have not used tomboy at
all.
